Do we need an existing ServiceNow license?

CivicCT works with your existing ServiceNow instance or can be deployed as a managed solution. If your city already uses ServiceNow, CivicCT layers directly on top. If you're new to ServiceNow, we handle the full setup and licensing as part of deployment.
